About Tamasha Bolden

Tamasha Bolden enters her second year at Florida National University as Assistant Athletic Director and Senior Woman Leader also overseeing Athletic Compliance. A native of South Carolina and alumni of Kennesaw State University in GA where she received her bachelor’s degree of Science in Exercise Physiology. Bolden was a four-year women’s basketball student-athlete (2008-2012).

Bolden played professionally overseas in Romania with CSM Oradea (2014). Following her stint in professional sports Bolden returned to the states to become the Director of Performance and weight loss for Fit Body Boot Camp in Kennesaw, GA (2013-2017).

Following her time at Fit Body Boot Camp, Bolden served as the assistant women’s basketball coach and strength and conditioning coach for NAIA school the University of the Virgin Islands (2017-2018).

After UVI, Bolden worked in multiple, ascending roles with Ivanna Eudora Kean High school of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands where she served as a health education instructor, nutrition instructor, and head women’s basketball coach (2018-2022). In 2023, Bolden graduated with her Master’s in Psychology from Florida National.

Ms. Bolden is also a published children’s book author of Roses are Red: A Health Adventurous Love note for Kids.
