Men’s soccer tallies 17 NAIA Scholar-Athletes

HIALEAH, Fla. (Dec. 05, 2022) –  Seventeen Conquistadors highlight the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA)’s 2022 Daktronics NAIA Men’s Soccer Scholar-Athletes. The NAIA recognized close to 1,000 men’s soccer student-athletes from 170 institutions. Florida National owns the third most student-athletes honored with this prestigious award, trailing St. Thomas University and Morningside University who each tallied 23.

In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
