HIALEAH, FL. (March 11, 2024) – Florida National University’s women’s basketball team had three players named to the coveted Continental Athletic Conference (CAC) men’s basketball all-conference list. Guards, Jovan Debrito and Ray Daniel Parrish were both honored with All-CAC First Team nominations, while sophomore Matthew Robinson brought home an honorable mention.
Parrish averaged a near double-double with 8.47 boards and 16.4 points a game in the 2023-24 season. The Aiken, South Carolina, native also took home the Champion of Character award at the CAC tournament. Meanwhile, Debrito made a huge impact through 12 games with 22.5 points per contest, shooting 40.3% from three.
Robinson gained an honorable mention, highlighting an impressive sophomore campaign despite missing significant time. Through nine contests, the Miami native averaged 17.11 and grabbed 43 rebounds.
