Graduation Requirements (A Minimum of 120 Credits)
The purpose of the Legal Studies Degree (LS) Bachelor of Arts Program is to expand students’ critical and analytical thinking skills, advance students’ ability to communicate complex data, both verbally and written, and prepare students for higher-level positions within the legal profession, as a criminal analyst, court administrator, paralegal or to gain admission to law school. Some of the roles available after graduation are available at law firms, government offices, and corporate legal departments to assist attorneys in legal matters and court procedures.
