During this Rehabilitation Aide Diploma program, Florida National University students learn important medical terminology to support patient care and communicate with the medical team. Additional medical related courses will focus on anatomy and physiology to offer physical therapy and rehabilitation aide services to patients.
Rehabilitation aides work in a variety of medical facilities including but not limited to hospitals, long-term care, and assisted living. They work alongside other medical professionals to offer patients physical and occupational therapy.
